Welcome, and thank you for your interest in La Dolce Vita, a week long celebration of creativity and community hosted by Carolyn Peeler.
At La Dolce Vita attendees spend a week enjoying an inspiring fusion of cultural exploration, market visits - including a fabulous antique market, creative and culinary workshops and friendship with like-minded women in the spectacular Tuscan countryside. With nine previous editions of the retreat under her belt, Carolyn's passion for connecting attendees to authentic experiences and kind Italian locals makes La Dolce Vita an experience attendees rave about. For its 2019 cycle, La Dolce Vita is pleased to welcome special guests Kelley Rae Roberts (May week) and Wendy Brightbill (June week) who will be sharing their talents with us.
With a thankful heart, I am pleased to share that we are tentatively SOLD out for our 2019 retreats, pending the payment of deposits. However, typically there is some movement on those lists as we have many months to go before the retreat takes place. So, if you would like to join us, please email me at email@example.com and ask to be put on the wait list. There is no obligation, and the wait list is notified about any spots that open up before they are offered to the general public. Also, please take this opportunity to sign up for the "La Dolce Vita" newsletter, which you can find by clicking on the ‘newsletter’ category on the right side of your screen. As a newsletter subscriber you will be able to keep up with our latest news - and find out when we launch future retreats.
La Dolce Vita is going to be a week full of creative fun & inspiration and you are invited to join the adventure! Please click on the links on the right side of your screen to learn more about this experience.
Special note: If you've ever wondered what it's like to attend La Dolce Vita, our friends at the "Where Women Cook" magazine are giving you a backstage pass to one of the evening activities from our 2017 retreat, a traditional Italian pizza party! Filled with beautiful photography by Elizabeth Maxon, and recipes from my Italian friends Loretta Govi and Vittorio Simonelli, the Winter 2018 issue transports you to Tuscany with my friends and partners as we planned and hosted a dinner party to remember. Paging through the article I was brought back to the amazing food and magical atmosphere that we enjoyed that night. It's memories like this that make La Dolce Vita so very special.
